its been four days, and its still swollen and sore, and i can barely eat or speak. how long did yours take to heal?
right now im swishing/rinsing with food grade h2o2 (verrry diluted) collodial silver, sea salt, and regular ol mouthwash.
anything you would recommend to help heal and keep it from infection?

Thu, July 2, 2009 - 9:16 PMwhen i had my tongue pierced it took it like a month for the swelling to go down. and i was working as a waitress so it was even worse because i had to talk! the only thing that helped me was a steady stream of ibuprofen to keep the swelling down....cuz it started to ache as soon as the pain killer starts to wear off....( and im normally not one to use painkillers, ever....)
